Which market does Rolvue cover?
Milano is the live market: the engine monitors the firms that have an active source there, and the Position Tracker updates continuously. London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York, Dubai and Singapore are shown as product previews and marked Coming soon.
How quickly am I told when a seat opens?
It depends on the plan. Free sends the alert by email within 24 hours, Starter releases it with priority, Pro within 2 hours over Telegram and email, Power immediately over Telegram, email and WhatsApp (Coming soon). Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs €0 and needs no card: it covers Milano, the bulge bracket firms, email alerts and the application tracker. You upgrade only when you need more reach or a faster signal.
How do contact tokens work?
Before you unlock a record you see the role and nothing else. When you unlock it you get name, email and LinkedIn. Starter includes 5 tokens renewed every billing cycle, Pro 50 and Power 150, and on Starter, Pro and Power a pack of 50 extra tokens costs €5. Details on the Contact Database page.
Which firms are in the contact database?
Only the institutions the engine actually monitors in Milano: the list follows the active sources, so it is not a directory that ages in a drawer.
Can I cancel, and is annual cheaper?
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Paying annually saves over 20% on Starter, Pro and Power.
Does Rolvue apply to the roles for me?
No. Rolvue is a recruiting-research product, not a recruiter or an employer: it watches the career pages, tells you the moment a seat opens, gives you the person to write to and keeps every application in one tracker. An autofill extension for the application forms is on the way. The application stays yours.
