Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Rolvue is (and isn't)

Rolvue is a recruiting-research and productivity tool. It helps you discover firms and contacts, track applications, and receive alerts about openings. Rolvue is not a recruiter, employer, or placement agency, is not affiliated with the firms listed, and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

3. Your account

• Accounts are created through a verified email magic link. Disposable email services and common alias patterns may be blocked to prevent duplicate accounts and abuse.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, redistribute, or publish the contact database or any part of it.
• Use contacts for spam, harassment, or any unlawful or misleading outreach.
• Share, transfer, or sell your account or access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Use contact information responsibly and in line with applicable law when reaching out.

5. Data accuracy

Firm and contact information is compiled from various sources and provided "as is" for outreach and tracking. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and you use it at your own discretion.

6. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Starter, Pro and Power are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices, billing cycle and included features are shown immediately before checkout.
• Payments, invoices, retries and card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Upgrades, downgrades and billing-cycle changes may create prorated charges or credits calculated by Stripe and shown in the billing flow.
• You may cancel from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period; renewals after that date stop.
• If payment fails, Stripe may retry. Access may remain temporarily available during a grace period and may then be restricted or returned to Free.
• Pro includes 50 contact unlocks renewed at each successful billing cycle (monthly or annual). Unused included credits do not create a cash value.
• The extra package currently adds 100 contact unlocks for €9 as a one-time purchase. Unlocks are account-specific, non-transferable and reveal only the selected record.
• Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where required by law.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties including Stripe for billing, Hunter for business-contact discovery, Render for hosting, and the email, Telegram and WhatsApp providers you choose for notifications. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding third-party marks and data) are owned by Rolvue. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolvue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts as provided by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
